  But...Then came the keratin treatment. From first go, had my doubts. Was advised by a junior staff member that is how they did keratin treatment. Having previously gone to different salons, I knew what was involved. 1st error, used very little keratine and did not apply evenly to all sections of hair. 2nd error clipped my hair back for the treatment. 3rd error, washed my hair after sealing it in. Got home, washed my hair (after 3 days) hair is frizzy in some sections and there is a kink were it was clasped...cost $250..for keratine ..definitely never going back for keratine...poor outcome...and rude when I raised my concerns.

  They do however seem to be short staffed a lot, they keep running to grab the phone between cuts which is really distracting and annoying. Staff ration should be improved

  I visited the salon after reading good reviews. But my first visit was a disaster. The stylist couldn't speak much English. In addition, she couldn't deliver even after I showed her photos of what I wanted and didn't want. She used razor blade to shave off my beautiful locks even though I told her I didn't like razor blade cuts. I made it a point to inform her that I would prefer my fringe long but she gave me bangs because that's the way she liked it. I'm horrified. It's the worst haircut I've ever had. Definitely not worth $45. I'm never going back again.

  They listened to my needs and responded accordingly. I was fussy and like most girls want a style that suits my lifestyle. I am over 40 and the styles that are around , I m not interested in. They were awesome and would recommend anyone who has taste and cares what they look like a week after the appointment (to visit.) My hair is medium length with layers the curls easily with casual bounce. It has been 2 months between visits and I still feel happy.

  I like the place, its has a great ambience, staff are friendly, I have never had any issues with my haircut - but to be fair I must admit I have a straight forward style without any complications.You do get a free cut after a number of cuts if you have their app on your phone.

  If I could add photos, then I would! I wished my partner had gotten the girls name that gave him just a typical mans hair cut because she shouldn't be cutting people's hair. He received this god awful cut and then a even worse shave around the sides she did a level 1 shave from the bottom then left patches of level 2 mid way then back to a level 1 then didn't even blend it with the length on the top of his head not to mention that it was all uneven as well. So from the sides you could see this hump around his where she didn't blend it in. It was the worst thing I had seen and he had been walking around work with it since 1 o'clock that day plus paying a whooping $32 for it! I could have cut it better. Had to find a hairdresser the same night and she cut so much hair off to try fix it. She went the extra mile for only $10!! So glad because he had a very important meeting the next day. Do not go here!!

  My daughter has also had a great experience. She has bright colors in her hair and left the salon feeling sexy and pretty and she looks amazing. We had different stylists and different days.
