  My Kid had a wonderful time here. Good variations in play areas. All amenities are clean. Prices are fair. Friendly staff.

  My kids love the place but it's not my favourite, because it's often dirty. E.g. messy toilets, thick layers of dust in some areas and for some reason the toddler corner is very dark. Also, have a coffee before you go there because their coffee is terrible.

  The toilet is clean. I had a wonderful time! The amenities were perfect but it was a little bit swang and I nearly fell down! The place was hard to found but we founded.

  If I could recommend to the management; train your staff, enforce your policies, turn up the announcements and at least a coffee voucher for the parent would be in line with other centres.

  Fun place for the kids. Came here for the first time for a kids birthday party and had a pretty good time. The kids loved it which it most important but there are a few issues that need addressing. In our experience we noticed (pretty much the same with most play centres) that their policies are not enforced. They are strict to say wear socks or have to buy socks but there are many kids running around without socks and parents disobeying the rules by wearing shoes on the equipment or riding on the “no grownups” slides etc along with many older kids that is out the age group. The staff will ignore these issues as they would be doing it all day if they really had too.

  Place is well designed with different areas for different age groups but it seems understaffed and the food is yuck.... banana bread was days old not at all moist , chicken nuggets seemed as if they had been frozen years ago - no matter what don’t eat at the cafe ( however they have no food from outside policy )

  It just seems understaffed or untrained staff or worse; apathetic staff. I don’t feel this is an isolated issue as it’s common in most play centres.

  The play centre is loud as to be expected but when our groups party (or other announcements) were announced, no one could hear it so the party food that was ready at the tables was cold by the time the parents realised that the party room was ready 15 minutes ago but no staff came looking for the party even though it’s pretty obvious where the party parents are all gathered in groups.
